What kind of shirts do you use?
We prefer super soft Next Level Apparel tees. Sometimes we may need to substitute a different brand than the one listed but you will be notified if this ever happens.
How do I place a custom order?
We come in all shapes and sizes. If you find that a shirt isn’t available in a size, style, or color that you prefer, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com with your request and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Also, we do all of our own designs so if you’re interested in a custom-designed tee, just send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to work with you.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com as soon as possible to let us know.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card or Paypal. The name on your payment will either be SHOPTEESQUARE.COM or FIZZBOX STUDIO, LLC which is the legal name of our company. If you don’t have a credit card or Paypal account and would like to pay via cash, check, or money order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for info on alternate payment methods.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped First Class or Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail notification along with a Delivery Confirmation number which you can use to track the progress of your shipment.
We also offer International Shipping via USPS First Class International Delivery. Please note that the USPS cannot track the progress of your shipment once it leaves the States. Also, your order might be subject to custom fees or taxes imposed by the country of delivery and are not included in the postage charge on your order.

Can I return or exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be returned for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 90 days. You can also exchange your shirt for a different size if you have any problems with the fit. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for a return or exchange.
Please note that we may not be able to accept returns/exchanges on custom orders.
I was sent the wrong shirt…what do I do?
If you received the wrong shirt or size, please contact us at email@example.com with the details of your order and we’ll take care of it for you.
